USE: Every customer’s vehicle serviced or repaired at your shop should receive a signed card by the technician who performed the work. Cards should not be given to the customer, but placed in a visible location that customers will readily see.

PURPOSE: This unexpected little surprise will show customers you do go the "extra mile" when it comes to Customer Service. It’s like patting them on the back, or leaving a chocolate mint on the pillow and saying, "Thank you very much for your business."

RESPONSIBILITY & INVOLVEMENT: A technician who signs his or her name to a card is personally accepting responsibility for services and repairs performed. Having your technicians accountable will help them feel involved in providing quality Customer Service in a team concept.
